Low Auldgirth is an organic mixed livestock farm situated just outside Thornhill. The farm works in a nature friendly way producing lamb, pork, eggs and wool from rare and native breeds. All the animals raised at Low Auldgirth enjoy an outdoor free range lifestyle in and amongst a diverse range of habitats.

A micro-greens enterprise operating from near Moniaive. Microgreens are the young seedlings of edible veggies, and incredibly nutrient dense. Delicious and pretty on top of all sorts of other dishes. Also available as dried greens for a healthy smoothie or as a cider vinegar tincture.
Teapots uses locally grown and foraged ingredients in many of the products. Sheralyn makes savoury and sweet bakes. Small batch ferments, kimchi and kombucha. She also uses organic where possible. Her packaging is always compostable or reusable.
A wide selection of home grown cut flowers & foliage from down the ‘Hidden Road’ near Balmaclellan. Many are scented or unusual varieties, rarely seen on the High Street or Supermarket. Fresh bouquets are available in the growing season and beautiful, vibrant, naturally dried flowers available out of season.
Emily Tough is an illustrator, workshop practitioner, and maker living in Dumfries and Galloway. Since working on an organic farm during the pandemic she has been using her creativity to help address land and food sovereignty.
